Kalèa Ashè Holistic Wellness provides compassionate, non-judgmental support for individuals who need a safe place to talk, cry, vent, and feel deeply heard. Through in-person, virtual  & phone sessions, clients experience the therapeutic benefits of emotional release, comforting presence, and holistic calming techniques.

Services

 

1. Emotional Release Session (In-Person, Virtual, or Phone)

A safe, non-judgmental space where you can cry, vent, and release emotional weight while being supported through compassionate listening and grounding techniques.

• 60 minutes – $80 (in-person or virtual)

• 60 minutes – $65 (phone)

• 90 minutes – $110 (in-person or virtual)

• 90 minutes – $95 (phone)

 

2. Therapeutic Hug & Support Session (In-Person Only)

A comforting embrace, gentle holding, and intentional presence to help regulate emotions and release stress.

• 30 minutes – $45

• 60 minutes – $80

 

3. Grounding Session (In-Person, Virtual, or Phone)

A guided session to help you feel centered, calm, and present through breathwork, visualization, and gentle grounding methods.

• 30 minutes – $45 (in-person or virtual) / $35 (phone)

• 60 minutes – $80 (in-person or virtual) / $65 (phone)

 

4. Emotional Release & Grounding Combo (In-Person, Virtual, or Phone)

A blended session of emotional release support and grounding to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more empowered.

• 90 minutes – $110 (in-person or virtual) / $95 (phone)

 

Packages

​

• The Reset Package – 4 Emotional Release or Grounding Sessions (60 minutes each, any format) – $280 (save $40)

• The Renewal Package – 6 Emotional Release or Combo Sessions (90 minutes each, any format) – $600 (save $60)

 

Policies

​

• Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential. In-person sessions will be video recorded for the protection of both client and practitioner. Confidentiality will only be broken if the client expresses intent to harm themselves or another person.

• Respect & Boundaries: This is a safe, non-judgmental, and professional environment. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking.

• Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% session fee.
